Background on HSC
HSC was incorporated in 2011 by Earle R. Nestmann following his multi-faceted career as consultant, principal and executive for a multi-national consulting firm (1988-2011); pesticide regulatory manager for a multi-national company (1986-1988); research scientist at Health Canada (1977-1986); and Assistant Professor at York University (1974-1977) where he completed both an MSc and a PhD degree in biology (genetics).
